All orders ship FLAT! No dealing with vinyl trying to roll as you load it into your machine.
We ship solely through USPS and will always attach a tracking number to your order. We know how important it is to have peace of mind about your vinyl's location, so your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. From there, you can view its progress while in transit until it arrives on your doorstep.
All orders receive complimentary insurance!

We have been overwhelmed with the interest in our products from individuals internationally. We continue to make every attempt to accurately configure our shopping cart for shipment. Vinyl is heavy and will add up in weight, so please keep that in mind when you review your shipping charges.
We try extremely hard to keep our shipping prices as reasonable as we can but at the same time, cannot control the rates that the postal service sets shipping from the USA to your location.
If you are overcharged shipping, we do manually refund at time of shipment.

Local Pickup has been suspended temporarily, as our new location in Arizona does not have that option available. Sorry for the inconvenience! We are still shipping orders out on schedule.

If we have made an error with your order, please let us know within 10 business days. We have a strict quality control procedure, but are only human and do make an occasional mistake. We care about our customers and will make the situation right for you!
We do our best but colors may not be a 100% color match of actual material due to variations in computer monitors, smart phones, etc. Please be aware that minor variances up to 1/16" may occur during the cutting process.
If your order is damaged in transit, please take several clear pictures (and a video if you can) of the box (including the shipping label) and ALL its contents so that we may file a claim with the post office on your behalf. Do not discard any of the packaging (including box, packing materials, packing slip etc), or the product itself until after we have notified you that the post office has concluded its claim. At times, the post office requires in-person inspection of the entire package/contents, and without the items in question, will not honor their insurance policy. In the event that we authorize a return, there will be a 10% restocking fee unless it is due to our error. You would be responsible for return postage (including tracking and insurance) and your refund will be less original postage/insurance from when we sent your order to you. All returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition. Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
