Q. Where does your vinyl ship from?
A. We are now located in sunny Arizona.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. Our payments are processed by both Shopify and PayPal. You may either use your PayPal account to fund a purchase, or use any of your major credit cards. You do not need an account with PayPal to complete your purchase. We never see your credit card information, as it is securely processed by PayPal...and that is how we like it! We have no need to see your sensitive information.
Q. I LOVE that you label each sheet of vinyl so I know exactly which color is which. Some of the shades are similar, which is confusing! However, I'm worried that the labels will affect my cuts. Will they?
A. Great question. Absolutely not! Our labels are specially formulated to be removable and reusable...meaning you can peel a label off and run the vinyl through your cutting machine and replace it on the back on the remaining scrap before you put it into storage. Or, you can toss the label. Alternatively, if you don't use your vinyl sheet for a while, your label will still peel off easily without becoming dry, brittle or tacky.
Q. How is your vinyl stored?
A. Our vinyl is stored in a non-smoking, climate-controlled facility. Did you know that major vinyl manufacturers suggest storing vinyl between 50% and 60% humidity and temperature between 64°F and 72°F? That is to promote optimal life as well as prevent mottling (distortion of the vinyl).
Q. How is your vinyl shipped?
A. Our vinyl all ships FLAT. Why? It would be so much easier to ship smaller orders in a first class tube. Simply answered...rolled vinyl can be hard to feed into a machine. It snags and catches as it rolls back into shape, while the machine is attempting to pull it into place for a cut. It also can affect the cut settings! As when vinyl is not tightly flat, it can cause areas that are uncut (or not cut deeply enough) so when you try to weed, your design is ruined. Talk about frustrating! We hate wasting vinyl and know you feel the same way.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. At this time, we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, but are discussing adding shipment to other countries as well. You may calculate your shipping rate in our shopping cart.
Q. Do you custom cut vinyl to sizes besides 12x12?

Q. My vinyl arrived damaged! What do I do?
A. 99% of our orders arrive in perfect condition...but in the sad event that yours is damaged in transit, please get further details HERE, on our returns page.
Q. My tracking shows my packaged delivered, but I didn't get it!
A. Unfortunately, the post office isn't perfect. They do make occasional errors. Check with family members, neighbors, your apartment office, your postman, etc. If you contact the USPS with your tracking number, they can check their internal GPS and actually see where the package was scanned as delivered. Pretty neat! If their GPS shows it was delivered to your house, and you did not get it, you will need to file a police report as that is stolen property.
Q. My vinyl is lost in transit!
A. If your tracking shows loss of movement in the middle of transit, give it time. Various things can effect transit such as adverse weather and natural disasters. We recommend signing up for text notifications, as that often seems to bump the package back into the system (who knows why!). You can sign up here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action or text a tracking number to 2USPS (28777) to check a package's status on the go. Standard Message and Data rates may apply. If that still doesn't move your package in the system after a few days, you may consider filing a claim (see prior question).
Q. I forgot to update my address, so my order is going to my old house. What do I do?
A. We ship to the address provided by PayPal, so it is your responsibility to ensure that it is accurate upon checkout. Reach out to the residents at your old address, or contact the USPS about a possible re-route, hold at your local post office, or mail forwarding. The USPS will have the best solution for your situation.
Q. I ordered a certain color but it doesn't match my project. Can I send it back?
A. We understand that it can be difficult to see true color based on various computer monitor and smart phone settings, so we recommend that you consider purchasing one of our sample rings so you have the actual colors on hand to view.
Q. I am looking for a particular color or pattern that I don't see on your website. Can I make a special order?
A. Possibly! We do what we can to meet all of your vinyl needs, and our product line is always expanding. Send us an email via our contact form and we will look into it for you.
Q. Do you offer local pick-up?
A. At our new location in Arizona, we do not have the option for local pickup, but we plan to have this available down the road.
